Dear presenter,

The organizers of the First International Conference of Holography and its Applications, while expressing their satisfaction with your valuable presence in the conference, draw your attention to the following points:

1. If you want to cancel your participation in the conference for any reason, please inform the organizers as soon as possible via the email addresses provided at the end of this email so that there is no disruption in the implementation of the conference program.

2. To maintain the order and quality of the meetings, please be present in the virtual room from the beginning of the meeting (at least before the start of your presentation time).

3. In order to prevent any possible problems due to internet network disruption and lecturer's inability to connect on time, please by March 7, 2022 (Esfand 16, 1400) submit your pdf files of the presentation  limited to 25 MB in size and a video content of your talk with a time limit of the amount of time mentioned in the conference program and with a size limit of 20 MB with acceptable quality to the addresses below this email.
It is strongly recommended that you prepare and submit your presentation file in pdf format as much as possible. However, if you definitely need to use the PowerPoint effects, audio files, video files, etc., please inform the executive committee by email by the abovementioned date. In that case, you can only give your speech through the share screen submit and you cannot share your presentation file due to clutter of non-pdf contents.
